I Belong to This Band - a historical companion to the documentary film “Awake, My Soul: The Story of the Sacred Harp” The CD contains 30 recordings which weave three important strands of Sacred Harp recorded history. The first strand is made up of the earliest recordings of the genre which were pressed on 78s in the 1920s, '30s and '40s. Second, there are home recordings made by small groups of singers in the 1950s. Third, there are recordings of contemporary all day singings which are the native environment for this music.  Released on the acclaimed Dust To Digital label.

Awake, My Soul & Help Me to Sing
A forthcoming two disc CD set which compiles both traditional Sacred Harp singing and contemporary interpretations of songs from “The Sacred Harp.”

1. Disc One (“Awake, My Soul”) is the Original Soundtrack of the documentary, “Awake, My Soul: The Story of the Sacred Harp.” All of these songs were recorded at traditional all day Sacred Harp Singings in the South.
2. Disc Two (“Help Me Two Sing”) is a companion CD which contains various artists performing songs associated with Sacred Harp.
